What the CLI Program Looks Like

CLI Residents are paid, full-time (40 hours) employees of Central Christian Church. Medical & dental insurance is offered, as well as vacation and sick time. Time will be split between learning from pastors, business and world-class leaders, and working in a ministry at Central.

CLI Weekly Gatherings (35%)
Residents will meet together in the morning before working in their ministry areas. Time will be spent hearing from pastors/leaders on leadership and personal development, book reading discussion, community and prayer.

Hands On Ministry Experience (65%)
Residents will be assigned a full-time staff position at Central Christian Church within a ministry that fits his/her gifting and passion.

Weekends
Friday is a day of rest.
Saturday/Sunday residents will work inside their ministry areas for assigned church services.

Global Peacemaking Trip
We believe that a leader’s view of the world has an enormous impact on his/her local leadership. Central Christian Church has a heart for peacemaking and ministering to the Muslim community both locally and globally. We will spend the early Spring focused on Peacemaking and then experience a 2-week excursion to North East Africa/Israel-Palestine. Trip locations vary by CLI year.
