[00:00:00] Well, good morning, everyone. And welcome again. It's so good to have you. I want to welcome you here. I want to welcome those of you who are on any of our campuses. Welcome, welcome. Welcome. We have you on our minds and I also want to say this to the online community, wherever you are. You are also very much a part of us. So thanks for being here. So here's, what's going to happen today. We're going to continue in our study in the book of Galatians. So I invite you if. To open your Bibles to Galatians chapter three. I want to remind you, this is the kind of church you want to bring a Bible to. All right. You don't have a Bible it's, it's hard and we really want you to learn your Bible. And so, uh, we're we intentionally designed in such a way that we use the Bible every week. So bring your Bible. Okay. So find Galatians chapter three, and while you're doing. I want to let you know a couple of things that we're doing that you just don't want to miss out on. One is something we're going to do this Tuesday night. We have never tried this in the history of our church. We're going to try something new on Tuesday night, we're going to FaceTime out [00:01:00] FaceTime. A conversation between Kayla Baker, who is the other preacher who preaches often here and myself, he's our student pastor, but he's the guy he and I preach here most weekends. And so we're going to take the fourth chapter of the book of Galatians, encourage you to preread that before Tuesday night. And instead of preaching it, we're going to talk about it. We're going to dialogue and we're going to do the slide. And then at the very end, we're going to have a time for Q and a. Uh, you know, get your ideas in and questions. We'll do our best to answer as many as we can. It's going to be fun. It's going to be an exciting way. We're just kind of looking at, are there better ways to teach? Are there better ways to learn? And so we're going to experiment with that. So if you've ever gone to an optometrist, you know that there's a little procedure that they put you through and they, they basically put this funky pair of glasses up to your eyes. It's the funkiest thing you've ever seen. If you've never seen it, it's called the full Raptor. And that's what it looks like. And you, you feel so stupid looking through this thing, but when he puts this thing or he puts something up to your face, the optometrist starts asking you questions and the questions go like this, which is better a or B. And they might say one or two, but a B. And basically what they're saying is you got to make a choice, which one that a or B. And when they start off, it's really, really easy to see which one is better because one's clearer and one's not at all. And you got. The next site. How about this ARB? Oh, that's a ARB. That's a, again, a [00:03:00] theory. But what happens is, is they're dialing it in. It's getting harder and harder and harder, and you find yourself at some point going, Hey, no, no, the beat beat, because they're hard to discern. All right. Now, I don't know how often you think about making choices between a or B, but you got to understand you live a life full of making. And there is a sick feeling that we all have when we realized we made a bad decision. In fact, there's a little tick talk, that little video that cracks me up every time I see it. I want to show it to you real fast. Watch this. Yeah, that doesn't make you laugh, man. You need to go to a doctor. You know, there's a horrible feeling. It's called regret. When, you know, you made a decision that you wish you [00:04:00] hadn't of made. And sometimes, excuse me, I'm choking sometimes. Hang on. I will live sometimes. You just wish you could turn back the clock, but you can't turn the clock back. Okay. It's just the nature of it. Now. Here's the. And they have suggested that every single one of us make 35,000 decisions a day, you face 35,000 choices every single day that you got to decide a or B are going to do this, or you're going to do that 35,000. Now, most of those arguably are just minor insignificant, but a lot of. A lot of really difficult decisions and you might not face them every day, but you know, when you're facing them know with 35,000 a day, you would think we'd be incredibly proficient at making good decisions. We would just be, we've got it down. We've practiced as so many times. The truth of the matter is for most people, they would say I got a lot of decisions. I wish I could undo. I wish I could spit it out. I wish I could take it back. I wish I could start over. I'm married. [00:05:00] I wish I, I didn't marry. I wish I would. You know, I, my money, what I've done with my money, I'm so deep in debt, you know, my health, all of these decisions right now, there is one decision that I want to argue is the most important decision you'll ever make in your life. It's the most significant in fact, every other decision will be influenced by this one decision. And that is the decision about God. Now I want to say this statement this way, you have a choice when it comes to. You don't have a choice of gods, but you have a choice when it comes to God. You have to decide whether or not you do or don't believe in God, a or B, you get to decide whether God's good or not good. A or B, you got to decide whether surrendering your life's control to him is a good thing or a bad thing, a or B. And here's the big idea of the message today. Choices have consequences, whatever you choose. There's going to be a consequence to it. It's not choices are not in a vacuum, that there, there will be [00:06:00] some effect of the choice that you actually made. Now let's jump into the book of Galatians. Let me just give you a little quick background. Paul is writing this letter to churches in a region called glacier. All right. Churches that he planted and then left them since he left. There was a group of people that came in and basically said to the people in the churches, you shouldn't trust Paul, you should opt for what we're telling you. Not what. So he got word, what they were doing. And this group is they're referred to as Judaizers. They went in with a message. That's, I'll try it real quickly. Explain what they were doing, but they were sending the people into confusion because they were having to choose. Do you trust what Paul said or do you trust what these guys said? Now I'm going to try simply to explain something and it's, this is a. This is a simplistic explanation. All right. What a Judaizer did was this, they said, if you want to follow Jesus, you have to embrace everything that the old Testament taught [00:07:00] that's oversimplified, but it's the gist of it. You have to embrace everything that the old Testament taught. Now, let me explain what the old Testament was all about. All right. It was, it was the story. And by the way, let me show you this. So in your. You have the old calf summit and you have the new Testament and this much of your Bible is old Testament. And this much is new Testament. This is before Jesus. This is from Jesus on this is the old covenant. This is the new covenant. If you're confused as Testament or covenant, let me say it this way. This was the old agreement between man and God. And this is the new agreement. This is the old arrangement. This is the new. You could say it this way. This is the old deal. This is the new deal. And I don't mean that FDR kind of new deal, but the new deal, this is the way it works now. But what happens is that you, you got to understand that there are people who want this to be the way it has to be. And so this again, I'm [00:08:00] simplifying, this was given to man by God, through Moses and literally on Mount Sinai. God. What we call the 10 commandments. Now listen carefully. The 10 commandments are hard enough, but what people did is they came along and they said, yeah, but we got to make sure we understand what each of these means. So they added a whole bunch to it. So it became the 10 commandments that grew into 613 commandments. And what these people were saying is you got to commit to that before you can follow. You got to commit to this now in the, in the old deal. If you want to understand how this works, read the book of Leviticus, get ready to go to sleep. But anyway, read the book of living in chaos because it's what you do when you screw up. And there's all kinds of sacrifices you have to make when you screw up, it's on you to fix it. Okay. Now that's old deal. New deal. The new covenant starts with Jesus when Jesus. What we would contend is he [00:09:00] fulfilled everything that the old Testament pointed toward and the new covenant Jesus is going to come along. And he's going to actually give, he's going to explain the covenant. He's going to explain that he will become the sacrifice for your screw ups. Not some animal that you've got a sacrifice. He will take the weight. You don't have to carry the weight. All right, it's going to be on him, but this was really confounding the people of the day. And if there was a group of people who were like sold out to this, there were two groups I want to reference the Sadducees and the Pharisees. Now, again, I've taught on them before. I don't have time to cover that right now, but just understand they were all about the law. They are all about the rules and Jesus bumped up against them all the time. And in fact, at one point, in fact, I'll show you this. They, they came to Jesus and they basically tried to pin him. This is what. Uh, Matthew 22, you can read on the screen here. 34 through 40 hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. Now [00:10:00] one of them look carefully, an expert in the law. That's this. You know, the lies you think of a lawyer. These are people who got this thing down cold. They were all about these 613 rules. So anyway, an expert in the law tested him with this question teacher, which is the greatest commandment of the law of all the 613. What's the most important one. All right. And Jesus replied, love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your. With all your mind, this is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like, it love your neighbor as yourself. Now catch this line, all the law and the prophets, hang on these two commandments. So Jesus basically said, look, you can worry about 613. Just worry about to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength and love your neighbor as you love yourself. And when you screw up turn to. I will cover your shortcoming. So you have to, you have to make a choice is a or [00:11:00] B. You want to do it all yourself by keeping all these rules, or do you want to trust Jesus a or B? Now I'm going to explain something. You got to get this part. Okay. You got to get this part because where we're going to go in the book here in just a moment, it's going to talk about the promise. You're going to have to understand what the promises all the way back at the beginning of the Bible. So. Uh, right here in Genesis 12. I mean, I am at the beginning of the beginning here in Genesis 12, God calls a guy named Abraham. Now Abraham is such a big deal that you can't understand. He is the father of all the Jewish nation. They would look to him and say, he is the patriarch of patriarchs. Okay. This guy right here. In Genesis chapter 12, basically there was a call that comes to Abraham and God saying, follow me, follow me. And I will bless all people [00:12:00] through your seed. I will make you a blessing to many nations, literally follow me. And through the course of time, I will bless everybody. That's a lot to take in. Just understand that the promise was that a descendant of yours will literally bring salvation to. Now again, I don't have time to break all that down, but here's what you need to understand about that. The law is all about the old covenant. The promise is all about the new covenant, because everything here was pointing to Jesus. This was not coincidentally, this was everything pointed. Jesus is the fulfillment of what was promised back then. Now here's the deal. Here's what you and I have to wrestle with. There's two ways. That people like you and me seek to attain righteousness before God, two ways. One choice a is by keeping the laws of God fastidiously. What does that mean? I am going to study, I'm going to get all the [00:13:00] rules. I'm going to keep lists. I'm going to put checks by the boxes. I'm going to beat myself up when I fail and. That's good. I'm going to try my I'm going to try so hard to do everything right. And it's gonna, it's gonna, it's going to be my life's work to try to, I'm going to try to live so right. That literally God's gonna, he's gonna say you're such a good person. You get to come to heaven because you're so good as you see the pressure is on you here, because at the end you have to persuade God that you were good at. To be led into heaven that you were good enough. That's one way to go about it. And a lot of people to this very day, choose that the other one is by trusting in the promise of Christ. What do you mean? What is that? That what you got to do is love God with all your heart, your soul, and your mind, and love your neighbor. As you love yourself, keep your eyes on Jesus, put your faith in him and trust him to have done for [00:14:00] you. What needed to be. Put your confidence in him. I don't know if you saw what I just did. This is trust you. And if you trust you, you have to persuade God in the end. You were good enough here. God has just persuade you that Jesus was good enough for you. You see what happened? It's a choice. It's an a B choice and there's really no comparison. And so in the text that we're going to look at in just a moment, the promise of Jesus is a super. It came first and it came directly from God. Now let's, let's turn to the scripture. I want to show it to you. I've got to put this caveat. Everybody look at me, push wherever you are. Look at me. I plead for mercy before you today. I don't want to cut this thing down. I've got to move so fast. I don't want to just give you a little snippet of it. I want to try to show it to you fast. I don't want to, I don't want to reduce it down. I'm going to go very, very quickly and I promise I'm not going to believe. But I'm going to take this in five little [00:15:00] chunks so that we can just stare at it and understand the argument that Paul is making. And I promise you, if you listen, this has huge relevance to the way you live your life, but you got to listen. This is not going to be easy. It's going to be a little exercise. We're going to use our brains here. Okay. We're going to have to process. Are we good? Are we good? Is anybody still with me? I can barely hear you. All right. Let's do it. Okay. So we're going to be in Galatians chapter three. We're going to take it to five chunks. Here we go. Chunk number one. Beginning with verse 15, we'll go down to 18 right now, brothers and sisters. Let me take an example from everyday life, just as no one can set aside or add to a human covenant that has been duly established. So it is in this case now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his. Scripture does not say, and to seeds, meaning many people, but to your seed and to your seed, meaning one person who was Christ. What I mean is this, the law introduced 430 years later does not set aside the [00:16:00] covenant previously established by God and thus do away with the promise for if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on the promise, but God in his grace gave it to Abraham. Through a promise. Okay. There's a whole lot in there. Don't get hung up. Here's what you need to realize in our culture. We would say somebody left a will. They left the last will and Testament. He goes, all. We call it last wound Testament. When they die, you don't get to go back and rewrite their intention. You don't get to say, well, what they really meant was to give me this and they'll give them. Well, no. Once it's considered written it's written. All right. So what he's saying is, is what God originally did through Abraham. We're not going to change that after Abraham's day. And this promise that God's going to bless through his descendant is prior to the giving of the law. And that you got to understand the giving of the law came 430 years. Moses is [00:17:00] not in the time of Abraham. He's 400. That was the years the rabbi said was the diff the distance. Okay. That was accepted 430 years later, the law came. The original thing was the promise. Now, as I said, you can not play down. Abraham. Abraham is huge when it says and CU your C. I don't know where your head goes. Here's what you need. The word is descendant. And to your death, send it. I will bless all the nations through your descendant. So Abraham had a son named Isaac. We're going to talk about him. On Tuesday night, he had a son named Isaac. Isaac had a couple of sons. One of whom was Jacob. Jacob had 12 sons. We call them the 12 tribes of Israel, and then they went through time and then Moses comes along and then David comes. And then Jesus comes along all in the same lineage. All right. So you got to understand what's what I promised Abraham he's saying is fulfilled in Jesus. [00:18:00] That's the point. All right. That's the big deal that you've got to get. All right. In fact, let me say it this way. That point, the promise was given through Abraham that salvation would come through grace by way of faith placed in. Get that much right now. And you're good. Let's go to the next chunk. All right. Galatians three, 19 and 20. Why then was the law given would be the question why we didn't get law given at all? It was added because of transgressions until the seed to whom the promise referred Jesus had come. The law was given through angels and entrusted to a mediator, a mediator, however, implies more than one. But God is one. Why the law? Why then if God gave Abraham the promise of his descendant, Jesus, why did the log it given 430 years later. That's a great question. I need you to see carefully what Paul says as he answers the question. Why then was the login? [00:19:00] It was added. It's an addition. It was added. Okay. It was. And pill the seed. See it in your Bible until the seed not it was added until the seed. And then long beyond it was added for a reason until the seed. Why, why do we need the law? This is what is so hard for us to get a brain rub people try right now, this is so important. We think God gave us these 10 commandments. We've expanded them to 613, because this is what pleases God, if we keep all of these, God is up there going wait ago at a boy. You're so good folks. I know this is hard to get, uh, get a grip on the law was to convince you not that you were good, but that you weren't good. We gotta let that simmer. God, God does not give the law so that all of us can puff up our chest to go. We're so good, man. We're all that. This is so [00:20:00] hard. What it does. Is it discourages you, it breaks you down. It doesn't build you up. You screw up on any one of these third, 613. You screwed up, you broke it. You vitally just one is all the take to be an offender. Perfection is what it would call for. Jesus was the only one who did. So you come along and I get puffed up because of this and you go number one again, that's a horrible way to live. Just so we're clear, but you realize. And that's exactly what it was given. I put it this way. If I'm driving down the highway and there are no speed limit signs, I'm driving down the highway and I'm just like cruising along going. What's the speed limit? I don't know, man. I've been driving down the street for 20 miles. I haven't seen the sign. I guess there is none. And I speed up and I'm going 97 miles an hour. Next thing I know. There's lights in my rear view mirror and I'm being pulled over and the cop walks up to me. He says, you know how fast you were going to go? Yeah, I was going 97. And he goes, yeah, the sputum is 40. [00:21:00] And wait time out. When are you going to tell me it was 45? Because if I don't have any way of knowing, see if it's 45, it means somebody with a higher authority determine the safe optimum speed is 45. You didn't communicate that to me. So I'm coming along. I'm just kind of doing my own thing, but the minute you tell me, it's 45 and I choose to go 97. I know what I am. I'm a law breaker. I, and that sometimes happens by the way, just to be candid, right? I know what I did. I chose to do something. The law is the standard so that you can see that you're not that good because inside every one of us is a belief that we are, and that God should give us salvation because we're good. And God needs you to understand. You're not Romans three 20 says it very, very clearly. Therefore listen, no one, no one will be declared righteous in God's sight by the works of the law. No one. All right. [00:22:00] Rather through the law, we become conscious of sin, sin that is defined by the law. I know, I understand it by the law, but it can't prevent it and it can't cure. I can get it. I now understand it, but I can't, it won't prevent me. Tell me, it's telling me it's 45. Doesn't mean I'm going to honor it. And if I get a ticket, it's not going to fix my ticket. It defined it for me. It made that really clear. I love the way F B. He said it this way, the mosaic law was not designed. This is the 10 commandments. This Moses on Mount Sinai, the mosaic law was not designed to be the final code of the religious. But to prepare the soil of the human heart to receive Jesus Christ in all the fullness of his salvation. You know what this does, it breaks me down to realize I need help from God. And God goes, that's exactly why I gave it. [00:23:00] So what's the point. What began in Abraham was fulfilled in Jesus, his seed, just to send it now, let's go to the next section, Galatians 3 21 and 22. Well, there is the law. Is the law therefore, opposed to the promises of God. These are these an opposition. Absolutely not. Now watch us for if a law had been given that could impart life, then righteousness would certainly have come by the law, but scripture has locked up everything under the control of sin, so that what was promised being given through faith in Jesus Christ. Might be given to those who believe. So what this does is now I realized I'm in trouble. Now I realize I'm a law breaker. Now I realize the law is good. It's not bad. It's horrible to be saved by it. Cause you can't, but it teaches me right from wrong and gives me the knowledge. I am a [00:24:00] sinner. I am an unabashed, uh, uh, hesitant to tell you that I am a sinner. I am a broken man, but I can stand up here and tell you this. Cause I know the scripture because you are too, you're a broken person, man, or woman you're broken and you can deny it all you want, but you are, in fact, scripture says. As it is written. There is no one righteous, not even one. We have all fallen short of the glory of God. We have all been less than we were meant to be in the perfect design of our father in heaven, Nagel. That's horrible. Then we should all be sent to hell. We deserve that. That's not God's Wilford. He knows we are broken people and he has solved the problem. And again, I would say this, so this thing about, well, I'm just going to keep all the rules and I'm just going to live this way. And I'm going to check all the boxes. And I want to say a couple of things about that. If you do that, you're going to spend the rest of your life. Literally weighing [00:25:00] on a balance. The. Uh, you're going to pay attention to every good thing you do. Thinking that every good thing you do is going to give you one more point on your side of the scale and every bad thing you do. And you're going to constantly be doing this throughout your lifetime, weighing these things, going back and forth. And I want to explain something to you that is a terrifying way to live and a terrible way to die because when you die with this thing, you just, you literally have to wait until the very end to hear the verdict from the. Did your good exceeds your bad as if somehow you could do enough. Good to overcome the bad it's again, it's just a horrible way to live. So what was the point of this? It was always about the promise. It was always about the promise. Salvation only comes through Jesus, not by keeping the law. All right. Now, let me show you verses 23 to 25 before the coming of this. We before Jesus, the seat [00:26:00] came, we were held in custody under the law. This is, so this is such an interesting image. We were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come through. Jesus would be revealed. So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian. That is just simple. This, this law before Jesus came, kept me in protective custody. It was my standard. It was what I was supposed to. It couldn't fix it, but it made me aware. At least I had some boundaries. I knew kind of where the lines were. And, and I could know when I violate, I can know when I step in and step out. And by the way, this word guardian is such an interesting word. Let me say this really quickly in the Greek language, in the Greek culture. Uh, there was a servant and if a house had Wolf, they [00:27:00] would have a number of servants called pedagogues pedagog guardian. Um, it was a person who was a. Of the owner whose task it was to take care of the child. And every child had their own guardian, their own pedagogue. And the idea was that you you're responsible for them. So you take them to school every morning. You make sure they brush their teeth, that they get dressed. Right. You pick them up after school. You make sure they bring their homework home. You make sure they do their homework. You teach them manners. You, you, you keep an eye on them. You make sure you sure. But that's only for a season of time. And then when that kid grows up, he doesn't need that guardian watching over him anymore. This is what is being said here. You needed a guardian until the time came that the promise was fulfilled. You don't know you don't need this guardian anymore. Well, what is that going to mean? If you tell me I don't have to keep the law. That means I'm just going to go out and do all kinds of things. No you won't because when you embrace the promise, which is Jesus, you don't want to go out and do [00:28:00] all those things that are wrong. You have this training, you had this teaching, you know, the boundaries you kind of, but now the motivation is totally different. I'm not doing this to earn my salvation. I want to live right, because I want to please Jesus. So the point before Jesus came, we needed the law to keep us safe. Now we are. Through faith in Jesus. So it all comes down to this. This is the last section you did it. You did add weight to go last verses and I don't want you to miss it is the most important part. So in Christ Jesus, you are all children of God that we remember where we started. Remember children of Abraham, the Jewish nation, children of Abraham. That was a big deal. Remember I said that, no, in this. Now you are children of God, bigger through faith for all of you were baptized. All of you [00:29:00] who were baptized into Christ have clothe yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free either. Nor is there male and female for you are now one in Christ. Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's. And heirs according to the prompts and we'll pick that up on Tuesday night. Okay. But let me make sure you understand this. You got a choice to make, you've got a choice to make you, you, what do you want? You want to be a child of that, or do you want to be a child of this? You, you want to trust in your own good. But do you want to trust in Jesus? His goodness. You want, you want to stand in God, defending yourself? Or do you want to stand before God and have Jesus defend you? You gotta, you gotta make a choice here. All right. You want, you want to live by keeping the law or do you want to live by striving to be faithful? I just want to live in faith. All my [00:30:00] confidence is in Jesus. You want the pressure on you or do you want the pressure to be on Jesus? Well, folks aggravating. I started. I said, when they ask you the question, air B, you got three things you got to do. You've got to choose, you've got to commit and you've got to communicate the optometrist. Are you going to know what your choice is until you choose you? You commit to a choice and then you communicate. Why does it end on baptism? Why does, why does this whole argument end on baptism? Because in baptism, you choose you in. And you communicate, you know what baptism is? Baptism is reenacting the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. That's baptism. As Jesus died for you. Now, you die for him. What it means as he went, he paid for your sins, your sins killed him. Didn't kill you killed him. They [00:31:00] killed him. They put him in the ground. And then three days later, what we celebrated last week and he rose from the dead that's, what's being. You literally now, as Paul said, I had been crucified Galatians two 20. I've been crucified with Christ. I no longer live, but Christ now lives in me. The life I now live by. I live by faith in the son of God who loved me and gave himself. He died for me. I'm now dying for him. And scripture says, when we do this, we become a new creation in God's sight. And I also love this. W when you identify with Jesus, you identify with this thing called the church in which there is no longer Jew and Gentile, which those words should mean something to you. If we've been in this series the longer June, no longer slave and free, no longer male and female, we are all one in this thing called the church. We're all in it together. And it really just comes down to a choice. [00:32:00] Or not, or B you want the whole point of this last section is you got to choose. I need you to understand that the point of this to not choose is to choose not, to not choose his, to choose not church. You got a choice. You can do it on your own and which you will fail, where you can put your confidence in Jesus. Now all choices have consequences, which will be your consequences. Last week, I ended the message Easter weekend. I said, look, um, if you are tired of running and trying to hide for your sin, the things you've done wrong, you're trying your hardest. I used an illustration of my getting in trouble and running. I said, this is what we do. We just try to run away from our. And the point I've made is you can't run far enough. There's not enough distance. You can't get [00:33:00] away from your son. You can't run from it. I also use the illustration last week about carrying a backpack and hiking and that euphoric feeling you feel when you finally get to drop the weight off your back, you feel like you float on the clouds, you feel so light on your feet. And I said, that's exactly the feeling God wants to give you with your sin, but here's the deal you got to choose. You just got choose. Hey, he's not going to do it for you. You got to choose, you got to make a choice a or B yes or no in or out make a choice. So as we did last week, I want to do the same thing this week. I'm going to just give you a chance to make a choice. A number of people last week came forward and said, I choose. Yes. And they're going to get baptized here in just a moment. We're going to celebrate that. And yet I see towels here. We use white house here as a statement of. He just done trying to do it on your own. Take a towel, go, go around the back. We have clothes for you to get [00:34:00] baptized and we have a baptistry right here. And w we just want to celebrate the fact that you made a choice, made a commitment communicated. When you get baptized, you are communicating the choice you made a commitment to do. So. W w why not today? Now we're going to do something really, really cool here. Uh, we're gonna do something really, really cool, because right now this is absolute life on all of our campuses and we're going to, we've never done this other than the last time. We're going to actually broadcast the baptisms as best as we can because they sometimes happen at the same moment. We can't show both at the same time, but we're just going to show you what's happening on our five campuses, because as I'm inviting you to come forward here, they're being invited to come forward on their campus. And we're just going to, you're going to see us because they live from queen Creek or live from Tempe or live from Glendale, [00:35:00] live from Mesa. And you're going to see what. 'cause folks. It's not that tough of a decision a or B choices have consequences. What consequences do you want to live with? What consequences do you want to die with? Say yes to. So grab a towel. Let's do this. Alright. I want to pray worship. Team's going to come out. We're going to just have fun for the next few minutes. I encourage don't go anywhere. In fact, one of them right now, don't go anywhere wherever you are, but stand up and let's just get ready to praise Jesus and make some decisions. Make some choices. So God, thank you for what you're doing in our church. And thanks for what's already happened. And literally the numbers of people that have already been baptized this weekend, and God, we just rejoice in this. And we right now just anticipate that more people are going to say yes, that they understand it. It's between trying to do it yourself or trusting and what you've done. They got, I trusted what you've done and I am not that good, but you are. And my confidence is in you now. God has, I can say those words.
